Ecanvasser 2022 Feature Recap
Here at Ecanvasser, we are dedicated to creating the most intuitive platform with a suite of world-class features for your organizing needs. 2022 saw great growth across the Ecanvasser dashboard and mobile apps. We made advancements to improve user experiences and implemented new product features to aid you in your organizing efforts.
January: Language Updates
Ecanvasser is committed to providing a localized mobile app experience for all its end users. This year we added a new language, Hungarian, to the 15+ languages the mobile applications have already been translated into.
Managing your team's performance has never been easier with the release of our Leaderboard feature. The Leaderboard feature gives customers quick access to identifying your top users and sits within your Ecanvasser Leader account. This feature allows you to, see how your team is performing with the ability to filter by permission level, app, and division.
Within the Leaderboard, you can see how many attempts and answers your users have as well as their conversion rate. You can sort your list view from high to low or low to high to see your highest and lowest performers. Leaderboard allows you to motivate your team with their statistics and boost team performance.
The E-Signature feature allows you to streamline your operations with a reliable way to collect a signature from a contact. Collecting signatures on the go enables your team to close deals or receive consent faster and easier than ever. With the added ability to create custom Terms and Conditions, you can capture signatures for the exact consent you need wherever you need it.
The E-Signature capture occurs at the end of a successful interaction, where users are prompted to request a signature from a contact before saving the interaction. After the signature is given, it will appear on the activity feed and can be emailed to an email address of your choice. There are two different ways to trigger an E-Signature when using Ecanvasser. They are when a user:
1. Completes a survey
2. Updates contact information determining consent for future communications.
September: Leader Importer
The newest Ecanvasser Leader level feature helps resolve a huge pain point for our customers with Leader View accounts.
With this feature, you can streamline data assignment to individual accounts by auto-importing. Previously, customers had to import data into one account at a time. However, now you can import to sub-accounts in a single step, saving time.
By adding just one additional column to your contact file, you can determine which account the contacts belong to. This allows you to manage and import your contacts in a single import. We strive to ensure accuracy in the upload process by identifying and notifying you of any upload errors. An error caused by a single account will not stop the entire import process, allowing you to still finish the process.
September: L2 Integration
Our newest platform integration allows our customers to seamlessly and securely move data from L2 Data Mapping to their Ecanvasser account. By connecting the highest quality voter data with our intuitive canvassing platform, you can more accurately segment your data selection. With this dynamic L2 and Ecanvasser integration, the customer can now control voter data, giving you total oversight in importing the data.
We want the connection between your L2 and your Ecanvasser accounts to be as simple as possible. With the click of a button from your L2 Universe, you can send the data over to your Ecanvasser account. Once that is done, not only will the data instantly populate, but the fields are also matched!
Easily coordinate one-to-one follow-ups with your community and create long-lasting relationships with Ecanvasser’s Helpdesk feature. Formerly known as “CaseWorker,” this feature is used to raise any questions or matters that a contract needs to follow up with. These questions may include a candidate contact, a topic mentioned by a supporter, or a product contact. Helpdesk is your centralized location for all of your contact follow-up and real-time communication. Log a "Follow-Up Request" from both the Walk and Go apps, assign a priority, and this will be synced to your dashboard.
With the Ecanvasser API, you can digitally transform your tech stack and easily connect your other platforms to Ecanvasser. Using our intuitive API with endpoints for pages, people, and more, these become the driving force behind your work and data.

December: White Labeling
Ecanvasser's White Label feature gives you the ability to add your branding to the Ecanvasser products. Allowing you to deliver immediate impact and drive faster results for your organization.
You can now customize your dashboard, mobile apps, emails, and more with your logo and colors. White labeling products enables your team to increase brand credibility, software adoption, and improvements in your users' app experience.
White labeling is the process of customizing a product to reflect the branding request of a customer. This allows your users to log in to their dashboards and apps with an appropriate and intuitive branded product. The apps will continue to display the same within the app stores. The app login screen will update to show your brand-customized view when the app is logged in for the first time.
When white labeling the Ecanvasser product, you can customize the following:
1. A custom subdomain to your organization's dashboard
2. The Android / iOS / Dashboard App: logo and colors
3. Your logo on the login screen
4. No troubleshooting or bug fixes are required from your end

Listening to our current users, we are aware that there can be an internal struggle of team management when it comes to organizing quickly. To get people out on doors, the back and forth over Whatsapp, Messenger, and other messaging apps, can be endless. We aim to streamline this process for you with Ecanvasser. Now organizers can commit via the Walk app (their canvassing app!) and get notified in the run-up to the event so that they don’t forget.
