Operating across three regions, the business runs 230 van routes serving over 360,000 residential customers, while a dedicated canvassing team works to win new customers door-to-door. The Challenge
Before adopting Ecanvasser, Ringtons relied on a bespoke in-house canvassing app and paper-based processes. While the existing app covered the basics, capturing a name, address, and product order, it lacked the depth, reliability, and management capability that a high-volume, geographically dispersed field sales operation requires.
Key challenges included:

- Offline canvassing: With canvassers operating on Android tablets across areas with variable network coverage, offline functionality was non-negotiable. Ecanvasser's offline mode ensured no data was lost regardless of connectivity.
